FWD is intended to reduce food waste by connecting donors and NGOs for listing, claiming, and pickup coordination.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for accurate registration details, lawful use of the platform, and protecting their own login credentials.

Listing Accuracy

Donors should provide truthful listing data including quantity, location, expiry, and pickup instructions. NGOs should review listing details before claiming.

Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse the platform, post harmful or fraudulent information, or interfere with other users and services.

Messaging and Chatbot Conduct

In-app messages and chatbot inputs must be lawful and respectful. Abuse, harassment, spam, impersonation, or malicious content is prohibited.

Account Deletion Effects

Users can request account deletion through Settings. Deletion may affect account access, active claim workflows, and conversation continuity according to current platform logic.

Service Availability

FWD may update, pause, or improve features at any time to maintain reliability and security.

Third-Party Services

Some platform features rely on third-party providers (for example maps, routing, and AI processing). Availability and behavior of those services may change independently of FWD.

Disclaimer and Liability

FWD provides coordination tools but does not guarantee listing accuracy, pickup outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a specific purpose. Users remain responsible for their actions.

Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms over time. Continued use of FWD after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to local jurisdiction requirements.
